This is an ever-growing list, as my travels — and my gin obsession — continue to take me to distilleries around the world.
A few have sadly closed, moved or changed hands since I visited, while the international list seems to grow faster than I can keep up with. There are still plenty more on the wish list — I may have to start choosing my holiday destinations based on which distilleries I want to visit (as if I don't already do that)!
