Three French hens! 🇫🇷🐔🐔🐔
So today we're heading to France with a classic French 75, pairing a French gin with French Champagne. It seemed only right to reach for Audemus Pink Pepper Gin, which brings plenty of spice and character to this wonderfully festive serve.
Light, sparkling and dangerously easy to drink — exactly what you need after three days of Christmas!
THREE FRENCH HENS 🐔
30ml Audemus Pink Pepper Gin
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
French Champagne, to top
Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute and top with chilled Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
